Questions patients ask us

What do I need before I nominate you?

Just your NHS login (or GP online account) and the branch you'd like to use — Wigston or Syston. If you'd rather not do it online, call us and we'll guide you through it.

How long do repeat prescriptions take?

Most repeat items are ready the next working day once your GP has approved the request. We'll let you know as soon as yours is ready.

Which areas do you deliver to?

We deliver locally around Wigston and Syston free of charge. Call your branch to confirm your postcode is covered.

Can I order on behalf of someone else?

Yes. Carers and family members can collect and order on a patient's behalf — speak to the team so we can note it on the record.
