You'll be seen in a private consultation room at your chosen branch. The pharmacist confirms suitability, talks through your options, and gives you a clear next step.
Do I need an NHS number or a GP referral?
No referral is needed. Eligibility is confirmed during the consultation, and we'll let you know if you need to see your GP instead.
How do I change or cancel?
Your confirmation email includes a link to manage your booking. You can reschedule or cancel there, or call the branch and we'll sort it for you.
