Do I need an NHS number or a GP referral?
No. Private appointments are open to anyone — no NHS number or referral required.
How do I change or cancel?
Your confirmation email includes a link to manage your booking. You can reschedule or cancel there, or call the branch and we'll sort it for you.
Is there anything else I should know?
Use olive oil drops (preferably spray) in both ears three times a day for at least 5 days before your appointment. Please do not use cotton buds.
